Mr. Jon Eric Dickinson entered eternal rest on Monday, February 24, 2025.  Jon was born in Lathan, NY and lived for many years in Schenectady, NY until relocating to Chesnee, SC.  He was the son of the late Everett and Gertrude Frear Dickinson.   Jon was employed by General Electric as a Robotic Engineer for many years until his retirement.  He had a brillant mind that could solve unbelievable mathematics, but he also had the truest heart that loved simply forever.

Jon is survived by: his brothers, Richard and David; sister, June; granddaughter, Ariana Litz of Schenectady, NY; and nephew, Craig.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 23 years, Lynn Marie Dickinson.
