On Sunday, June 9, 2024, Mrs. Tina Diane Davis Mauldin passed away peacefully at her home. Tina was the daughter of the late Calvin and Patricia Davis and was raised and educated in Spartanburg County. She was the widow of Lawrence Earl Mauldin with whom she spent 40 years of love and friendship. Tina was a kind, loving woman who never spoke ill of others and had a kind and genuine spirit. She loved gardening, her roses, hummingbirds, and and spending time with her children and grandchildren. Raised in the Baptist faith, Tina was a godly woman whose absence leaves a deep void for all those who knew her.
Her survivors include: her daughter, Hope (Mack) Johnson of Wellford; son, Lawrence Earl Mauldin II of Lyman; seven grandchildren, Hannah (Travis) Johnson of Lyman, Skylie (Nick) Johnson of Wellford, Jaydon Johnson of Wellford, Aubrey Johnson of Wellford, Hunter Johnson of Wellford, Liam Johnson of Wellford, and Chase Johnson of Wellford, and Carrie Loftis; 2 great grandchildren, Calvin Woodrow Johnson and Christian Haze Dameron, both of Lyman; two brothers, Anthony Darrell (Angela) Davis of Inman and Donald Shane (Julia) Davis of Boiling Springs; aunts, Frances (Pullit) Walls of Blue Ridge, Brenda Gilbert of Inman, Gail Hall of Campobello, and Carol Reynolds of Inman; uncle, Daniel Davis of Duncan; mother-in-law, Shirley Mauldin of Greer; brother-in-law, Robert Mauldin of Blue Ridge; sisters-in-law, Bobbie Jo Mauldin Spires of Holly Hill and Linda Mauldin of Holly Hill; nieces, Tiffany Davis of Boiling Springs, Brittany ( Jeremey) Stacy of Boiling Springs, Crystal Mauldin of Greer, Lisa Mauldin of Holly Hill, and Jessica (Robert) Mills; and nephews, Kenny (Olivia) Davis of Boiling Springs, Christopher Mauldin of Holly Hill, and Joseph Mauldin of Holly Hill; great nephews, Lucas Mills, Andrew Mills, and Ashton Stacey, all of Boiling Springs; and adopted daughter, Jennifer Warren of Wellford..
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Calvin Davis, and brothers-in-law, Johnny and Larry Mauldin.
