Mr. Shannon Tige Ferguson entered into eternal rest on January 19, 2021 in Daytona Beach, FL.  Mr. Ferguson was  born on November 9, 1970 in Bronx , NY to Peggy A. Ferguson and Herman Chandler.  He was the youngest of four sons.  Shannon graduated from the New York City Public Schools, and relocated to Spartanburg, SC where he attended  Virginia College.  He later moved to Daytona Beach, FL.

Shannon was skilled in several areas, including as a professional detailed barber, licensed electrician, skilled brick mason, and he could lay any type of floor you need.

He leaves behind to cherish fond memories:  his mother, Peggy A. Ford of Spartanburg; his father, Herman Chandler of Hartsville; one sister, Monica Chandler-Price of Orangeburg; two brothers, Odell Ferguson III and Bryan Keith, both of Spartanburg; two children, son, Shannon L. of Sumter and daughter, Alyiah of Roebuck; an aunt, Dorothy Hendrix of Bronx, NY; five uncles, Jesse of Moore, Floyd Mathis, Charles Mathis, Ronnie Mathis, and Donald Mathis, all of Spartanburg; and Shannon's significant other, Alexa of Roebuck.
