The daughter of Jerry Reid Daniel and the late Mark Boyd , Mrs. Sandra Denise Lyles was born December 30, 1963 in Spartanburg, SC.  She was a graduate of Spartanburg High School Class of '83 and attended Alpha Beauty School.  While in high school she met Michael Lyles who she wed on September 10, 1984 and began her life as Army wife.   A talented hairdresser and cook, she was a doting mother who cared and loved her children and grandchildren.  Despite her extended illness she never complained and maintained a joyful demeanor.  Sandra loved to travel and looked forward to family excursions to the mountains.

She leaves to cherish fond memories: her husband, Michael D. Lyles;  a daughter, Lashunda Lyles; a son, Marcus Lyles; her mother, Jerry Reid Daniel; grandsons, NyJerri Salters and NyCere Lyles; two sisters, Willie Pearl Watt and Terrian Daniel; four brother-in-laws, James E. Lyles, Nathaniel Teamer,  Roger A. (Jennifer) Lyles, and Brian R. Teamer; five sister-in-laws, Charlie M. Boyd, Carolyn (Ted) Calloway, Mary E. Lyles-Younger, Marie A. Means, Sherrie S. Elmore; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
