Mr. Sammy Jerome Bissette passed away on December 6, 2023.  A native of Wilson, NC, he was the son of the late Frances and Sammie Bissette.

Mr. Bissette began his military service when he enlisted in the US Navy at 16. He spent time stationed in Charleston and Hawaii.

After settling in the Upstate, he worked as a Senior Service Technician at multiple apartment complexes for Morgan Properties. Sammy had a big heart, and was always willing to help out others in need. He left an impact on those in his life, and will be deeply missed.

He is survived by his son, Gerald Bissette of Woodruff, and his daughter Katrina Bissette of Daytona Beach.
