On Monday, November 10, 2025, the Angels of Mercy brought everlasting peace to Rosa Mae Pearson.  Born in Greenville, SC to the late Anderson and Hamp Anderson, she moved to Spartanburg as a young adult and gained employment at Beaumont Mills.  After several years, she married Rosavelt Pearson and they remained married until his death.  She enjoyed cooking and bingo, and was a great conversationalist.

Her survivors include her son Frederick (Randy) Murphy of the home, and granddaughter, Sasha Murphy,

Ms. Pearson was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Neisha Elmore; grandson,  RJ Murphy; brothers, William Anderson, Curtis Anderson, Mack Anderson and Richard Anderson; and aunts,  Janelee Johnson and Helen Shell.
