Melissa Dawn Kelly of Spartanburg entered into eternal rest on Saturday afternoon, October 8, 2022.  A native of Spartanburg, Melissa was the daughter of the late  Paul J. Ogle and late Mildred L. Ogle.  She was a graduate of Landrum High School and the Burnett's Beauty Academy.   A self -employed cosmetologist for many years, Melissa enjoyed spending with her daughter, Paula and her numerous cats.  She was a long-time member of Ben Avon United Methodist Church under the leadership of Rev. Larry Hyder.  Melissa was a very protective, proud, loving mother.  She enjoyed trips to Myrtle Beach and playing (and winning ) competitive pool as a member of the American Pool Association.

In addition to her daughter, Paula E. Kelly she is survived by:  James Elam, Spencer LeGrand, Shannon Bradley, John Rhodes Jr., and Patricia Kay Martin.
