On Tuesday, September 25, 2018, the Angels of Mercy gave everlasting peace to Mrs. Louella Bell Fair.  A native of Spartanburg County, she was the widow of the late Abraham Fair, Jr. and the daughter of the late Sam Williams and Sylena Poole Williams.   Mrs. Fair was a devout Christian who was a lifelong member of the St. James Baptist Church and Kingdom New Life Church where she attended until her health failed her.  She enjoyed spending time with her family and fishing.   She leaves to cherish fond memories:  five daughters, Mrs. Mary (Mickey) Lyles, Ms. Kimberly Fair, Ms. Janice Salters, Ms. Tujawana H. Jackson, and Mrs. Valerie (Stacy) Jones, all of Spartanburg; three sons, Abraham Fair, III, Bryan (Essie) Fair, and Norman Otis Fair, all of Spartanburg; one hundred grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews,other relatives and friends.

Mrs. Fair was by her daughter, Katherine Tinsley.
