IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Jerlene
Cecil
September 8, 1938 – February 1, 2025
On February 1, 2025, the Angels of Mercy brought everlasting peace to Jerlene Cecil. She was a vivacious woman who fiercely loved and defended her children. Jerlene loved to dress up and dance. She also wrote and sang her own songs. Later in life, Jerlene was known as the "the Flower Woman" and operated her own business selling plants.
Her survivors include her daughters, Vickie Wharton and Deborah Meier; grandchildren, Billy Evans, David, Evans, Jennifer Britton, Jessica Chapman Montoya, Jeremiah Chapman, and Joseph Chapman; and several great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Jerlene was preceded in death by her son, Vernon Cecil.
