On Thursday, May 30, 2024 ,Deborah Denise Burns entered to the Gates of Heaven after an extended battle with cancer.  Born on August 5, 1955, she was the daughter of the late Gerald Duval and Donna Mae Hartzog.  She enjoyed a loving marriage to her late husband, Robert Burns and was a caring and nurturing mother to her daughter, Amber Piatt.

Deborah leaves fond memories to: her daughter,  Amber (Chad) Piatt of Spartanburg;  her other children, Jamie, Lacey and Heath Piatt, all of the home; a sister, Laurie Luankaw of Nevada; as well as, nieces, nephews, and lots of grandchildren and great grandchildren.   She fought a hard battle with cancer, but in the end she still won and will forever be safe and free in heaven,  See you later, Mama!  I Love you!
