Ms. April Marie Richard departed this life on September 13, 2018.  She was the daughter of the late Dwayne and Delores Phillips.  April  was a vibrant person who loved life, her family and her friends.  She is survived by  her daughter, Makayla Richard; son, Bryan Jeter; grandson, Kaden Benson; sister, Tracie Echols; canine daughter, Sadie; and other family and friends.
